BARTONDALE CHARDONNAY 2013

Our old vine Chardonnay is cane pruned and hand harvested before being transferred into brand new and 1 year old French Oak Barriques.   The wine is 100% wild fermented before Barrel Selection and bottling.

A great example of Churchview's Flagship white wine.   Complexity and finesse all rolled into one.

 BARTONDALE SHIRAZ 2010

A small block in the northern part of the Churchview Vineyard produces Shiraz with amazing aromas, flavours and tannins.   This parcel is picked separated and co fermented with viognier to produce our Bartondale Reserve.

A rich wine with intense aromas of black cherries and violets.   Integrated oak with fine tannins complete the wine.

LATE HARVEST DESSERT SHIRAZ

Intense aromas of blackcurrant, plum, brown sugar, clove, nutmeg and malt
are wel intergrated with the fine brandy used in fortification. A small taste is
all that is required obtain the rich intensity of the nectar-chocolate, dark fruitcake with brandy overtones. A finish that is unique, powerful flavours and a soft  finish .
