WINEMAKING NOTES:
Obtaining Certified Organic Qualifications in 2020, all estate fruits are grown under
strict organic principles without the use of toxic chemicals. An exciting triad of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre. This wine represents rarity, and it’s our nod to the classic Rhone Valley blend. The three varieties that make up the blend were picked, fermented and aged separately to respect individual characters. after 14 months aging in a mix of older French and American oak barrels, careful blending of the three varieties took place, producing this harmonious blend.
