NOSE:

Fragrant Bouquet with rich stone fruits intermingled with smoky oak nuances.

PALATE:

Rich, powerful, yet elegant and so well articulated. A vibrant display of ripe stone fruits and zesty citrus. Textural and complex, with long acid lines making this an age worthy wine.

WINEMAKING NOTES:

Obtaining Certified Organic Qualifications in 2020, all estate fruits are grown under strict organic principles without the use of toxic chemicals.

Our approach is to be as least invasive as possible and allow the premium fruit to showcase itself—it’s all about the fruit that makes this wine so special. Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and wild fermented in 50% new French oak. Matured for nine months with regular lees stirring before blending and filtration.
